House cleaning in Portland, Oregon
Sprig cleans for households with allergies. Before the first visit you get our product list with the certifier named beside each item, and a short list of what we do not claim.

The product list
Each one carries a label from the EPA's Safer Choice program. That label is on the product, not on us. The product names and label numbers arrive in your first-visit email.
For counters, sinks, tables and sealed cabinet fronts. We dilute a concentrate into refillable bottles at our shop.
For windows we can reach inside, mirrors and shower glass, wiped dry with a clean cloth.
For tubs, tile, toilets and sinks. We rinse it off; we do not leave it to dry on a surface.
For sealed hardwood, vinyl and tile, applied with a damp mop and a washed pad.
For the kitchen sink and for hand-washing the small items we use in your home.
For our cloths and mop pads, washed at our shop between homes, never in yours.
Fragrance-free versions are on the list. Ask for them and we use them at every visit.
Plain limits
Cleaning language is loose, and a household with allergies reads it closely. This is what we leave out of this site, our emails and our invoices.
We do not say “chemical-free.” Every product is chemicals, water included, so we name each one.
We do not claim a certification for Sprig. Safer Choice labels belong to products, not to us.
We do not say “allergen-free.” We damp-wipe and vacuum to cut the dust we can reach, and we cannot promise your symptoms change.
We do not say “disinfected” unless you ask. Then we use an EPA-registered product, for the contact time on its label.

Services
Each one starts with a walkthrough and ends with a checklist left on your counter.
Weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks. The same two people, a room-by-room checklist and the same product list every visit.

You get it by email first, with the product name, the certifier and the label number beside each item.
Haeun or Makena walks the home with you, in person or on a video call, and asks about allergies, pets and floors.
You get the number in writing, with what it includes and what it does not. See how pricing works.
How pricing worksA pair from our crew cleans to the checklist, and leaves it on the counter with the list of what was used.
Who comes to your home
The rest of our crew of twelve works in pairs. You meet your pair at the walkthrough or the first visit.

Crew lead, low-dust cleans
Makena leads the low-dust cleans and trains each new pair on the damp-wipe routine before they enter a home alone.
From households
“I ticked the allergy line on the form and the product list was in my inbox the next morning. I read every label before anyone came.”
“They damp-wiped the shelves instead of dusting them dry, and asked before they used anything that was not on the list I had.”
“Makena walked the house before quoting and wrote down the three things that would move the price. The number matched what she wrote.”
“I asked for fragrance-free once and got it every visit. When a bottle ran low they texted me instead of swapping it for something else.”
