Recurring clean

The same two people clean your home on the same day, to a checklist you have seen, with the products you have read.

Every visit

  • Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and the outside of appliances

  • Bathrooms: tub, shower, toilet, sink and mirror

  • Floors vacuumed and damp-mopped throughout

  • Bedrooms: surfaces damp-wiped, beds left as we found them

  • Trash and recycling emptied into your bins

The checklist

Room by room, and what costs extra

The checklist stays on your counter after each visit, with what was used.

  • Kitchen

Counters, sink, stovetop, table and the front of the refrigerator and dishwasher.

    • Inside the oven and refrigerator are add-ons

  • Bathrooms

Tub, shower, toilet, sink, mirror and floor.

    • Grout restoration is a deep clean

  • Living areas and bedrooms

Surfaces damp-wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, cushions straightened.

    • Moving heavy furniture is not included

How pricing works for this clean

No price is printed here, because it depends on your home. You get it in writing after the walkthrough.

  • What moves the number

Rooms and square footage, floors, pets, how often we come and how the home is today.

    • More visits a month usually means less time per visit

  • What the estimate includes

The checklist above, our products and equipment, and the travel to your door.

    • Add-ons and anything not on the checklist are listed separately

  • When you get the number

In writing, after the walkthrough and before we book a date.

How a visit goes

  1. 01

    Step 1: Walkthrough

We see the home, ask about allergies and pets, and agree the checklist.

  2. 02

Step 2: Your pair is introduced

The same two people come each time. Haeun or Makena introduces them.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Each visit

We arrive in the window we gave you, clean to the checklist and text you when we leave.

  4. 04

    Step 4: The first month

After the third visit we ask what to add or drop, and update the checklist.

Before we arrive

  • Pets

Tell us where they stay during the visit. We do not move a crate or open a door a pet could use.

    • A note on the door is enough

  • Access

A key, a code or someone at home. Alarms are set and reset by us if you give us the code.

    • See our keys, codes and alarms policy

  • What we do not do

Hoarding, mold, heavy lifting and anything above a step stool. See our policies page.

    • We refer these to a specialist
