Pricing
How pricing works
We print no price, because the same address can need two different visits. Here is how we get from your home to a number.
What decides the price
Five things move the number. We ask about each one at the walkthrough.
Rooms and square footage
Floors: hardwood, tile or carpet
Pets and how much hair
How often we come
How the home is today
What the estimate includes, and what it does not
The estimate lists both, so nothing is a surprise on the invoice.
Includes: the checklist, our products and equipment, travel
Does not include: add-ons, mold, hoarding, heavy lifting, anything off the checklist
What happens at the visit
We walk the home with you, in person or on a video call, and look at floors, pets and the rooms you care about. There is no charge for the walkthrough.
When you get the number
In writing, by the end of the next business day after the walkthrough. We book a date only after you accept it.
Worked through
A worked example: three bedrooms, two baths, one dog, every two weeks
Five questions, one estimate. These are the same five we ask you.
- 01
Step 1: Rooms and size
We ask for the square footage and the number of bedrooms and baths, and look at the home.
- 02
Step 2: Floors
Mostly hardwood with one rug. Hardwood takes a damp mop, the rug takes a vacuum pass on both sides.
- 03
Step 3: The dog
A shedding dog adds vacuum time on the sofa and the stairs, so we plan for it.
- 04
Step 4: The frequency
Every two weeks keeps the home near its last clean, so each visit is shorter than a first one.
- 05
Step 5: The first visit
The first visit runs longer, and we say so in the estimate, so a first and second visit are never confused.
Extras
Add-ons are priced one at a time
Inside the oven
Quoted with the rest, so you can drop it.
Inside the refrigerator
Quoted with the rest, so you can drop it.
Inside cabinets
