Room by room, with the home empty
We send a copy to you and, if you ask, to your agent or landlord.
Kitchen
Cabinets and drawers inside, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher front, sink and counters.
The refrigerator should be empty and off, or we clean around it
Bathrooms
Cabinets, tub, shower, toilet, sink, mirror and vent cover.
Grout restoration is not included
Every other room
Closets, baseboards, switch plates, window tracks and floors.
Wall washing is spot-cleaning only
How pricing works for this clean
No price is printed here, because it depends on your home. You get it in writing after the walkthrough.
What moves the number
Square footage, bathrooms, how the home is today and how close the handoff date is.
What the estimate includes
The checklist above and our products. Carpet cleaning, trash hauling and repairs are not included.
When you get the number
In writing, after a photo walkthrough or a visit. We book a date once you accept it.
How a visit goes

Step 1: Photo walkthrough
You text us photos of each room, or we visit if you are nearby.

Step 2: The handoff date
We schedule around your key handoff and tell you the arrival window the day before.

Step 3: The clean
A pair cleans to the checklist in an empty home, so it goes faster than an occupied one.

Step 4: The checklist
We send the signed checklist and a photo of each room when we finish.
Before we arrive
Access
The home must be empty and we need a key or a code. Utilities need to be on.
Water and power on for the visit
Leftover items
Please remove furniture and belongings first. We do not haul away what is left.
A hauler can do this before we arrive
What we do not do
Mold, biohazards, repairs and pest removal. We tell you who to call.

Questions about this clean
Will this get my deposit back?
We cannot say. Your landlord decides, using their own checklist. We can match our checklist to theirs if you send it.
Can you clean after the movers?
Yes, once the home is empty. Tell us the time the movers finish.
Do you clean carpets?
No. We vacuum them. A carpet cleaner is a separate trade.

Send the address, the size of the home and the key handoff date. We reply by the next business day.
